    O'Hill was awarded the Best On-Campus Dining Facility for food allergies due to their commitment to food allergy safety and awareness.

  • 2026 NACUFS Culinary Challenge

    Our Executive Chef Carter Layne won second place in the NACUFS Culinary Challenge! He prepared a Bayou Crepe, a rillette-filled crepe showcasing Cajun-seared catfish, okra–black bean ragu, and Cajun crème, all finished with a smoked okra vinaigrette.
